Boulder Basics

Bouldering is not just about power. In this course you will learn new techniques and how to use them. It will help you to climb smarter, more effective and with less strength. You will climb your boulders with less effort and will be able to climb harder grades.

Useful to bring

Climbing shoes, or clean gym-shoes

Alternatively you can also rent climbing shoes in the gym (4 Euro).

Gym clothes

you climb with your whole body, so you want to wear something that allows you to be able to move freely.
