Climbing is one of the most natural movements for our bodies, just like running or swimming. Bouldering is the most accessible type of climbing. Unlike rope-climbing, with bouldering you climb on a relatively short wall (between 3 and 4,5 meters) and instead of a rope to catch you, you land on a large mat below. This means you donβt need to do courses, you can start climbing right away.
